Instructions
Preparation
- Cover your work area with newspaper or an old tablecloth to protect surfaces from spills.
Paint Preparation
- In a bowl, mix baking soda with a small amount of water to create a paste-like consistency.
- Divide the paste into separate containers if you want different colors.
Color Mixing
- Add a few drops of food coloring to each container and mix well until you achieve your desired shades.
Painting
- Using paintbrushes or your fingers, apply the baking soda paint onto your paper in creative designs.
Fizzy Reaction Preparation
- In a separate container, mix vinegar with a few drops of food coloring.
Activation
- Using a dropper or spoon, drizzle or squirt the vinegar solution over your baking soda painting.
- Watch as the colors erupt and fizz, creating vibrant designs!
Completion
- Allow your art to dry completely before displaying it.
Notes
