  • 1/4 cup pop rocks candy Adds a fizzy coating to the truffles.

Instructions
 

Melting the Chocolate

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.

Creating the Bubble Gum Mixture

  • Add the bubble gum flavoring and a few drops of food coloring if desired. Mix thoroughly.
  • Sprinkle in the baking soda and mix until the mixture is bubbly and fully combined.

Forming the Truffles

  • Place the mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up, making it easier to handle.
  • Once chilled, scoop out small amounts and roll them into balls (about 1 inch in diameter).

Adding the Fizzy Element

  • Roll each truffle in the pop rocks candy to give them a fizzy coating.
  • If desired, dip in sprinkles for an extra touch of fun.

Final Chill

  • Place the finished truffles back in the fridge to set for at least 15 minutes.
