  • 1 cup white school glue Use clear or white school glue.
  • 1 cup water Room temperature water works best.
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda Helps the slime hold its shape.
  • 1 tablespoon contact lens solution Ensure it's a saline solution.
  • to taste food coloring (blue, purple, black) Customize the colors as desired.
  • to taste glitter (optional) Add for extra sparkle.

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together 1 cup of white school glue and 1 cup of water. Stir until well combined.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and mix thoroughly to ensure there are no clumps.
  • Slowly add 1 tablespoon of contact lens solution, mixing as you go. Notice the slime starting to form.
  • Divide the slime into separate bowls to create different colors.
  • Add food coloring and glitter to each bowl and mix until vibrant.
  • Layer small portions of each colored slime together in a single bowl or container.
  • Press the layers gently to maintain the galaxy effect.

Notes

Experiment with different colors and add-ins to make the slime uniquely yours. Store in an airtight container to keep it fresh.
