Ingredients
For the Gel Base
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon gelatin (unflavored) Can substitute with agar-agar
- 1 tablespoon salt Enhances the scent retention
For Customization
- 10-20 drops essential oils Choose your favorite scents
- as needed drops food coloring Optional for color customization

Instructions
Preparation
- In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of salt.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat until the salt dissolves completely.
- Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of gelatin, stirring continuously until it’s fully dissolved.
Add Fragrance
- Remove the saucepan from heat.
- Add your chosen essential oils (about 10-20 drops) to the mixture. Adjust according to preference.
- If desired, add a few drops of food coloring to achieve the desired hue.
Pour into Containers
- Carefully pour the mixture into small jars or containers.
- Allow them to cool at room temperature until they set completely.
Final Touches
- Once set, place your gel air fresheners wherever you want a burst of fragrance—shelves, bathrooms, or cars.
