Instructions
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of salt. Mix well until dissolved.
- Gradually sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of gelatin while whisking continuously to avoid clumps. The mixture will thicken.
- Add your favorite essential or fragrance oil (1 teaspoon) and mix thoroughly.
- If desired, add food coloring and mix until the color is even. Then stir in the glitter of your choice.
- Carefully pour the mixture into small jars or containers, leaving a little space at the top.
- Allow the air fresheners to sit at room temperature until fully set, usually about 3-4 hours.
