1/2 bottle Water Fill the bottle about halfway

Instructions

Preparation

Start with a clean, empty plastic bottle. Remove any labels and ensure it's dry.
Using the funnel (if needed), fill the bottle about halfway with water.
Sprinkle in different colors and sizes of glitter.
If you want a colored ocean, add a few drops of liquid food coloring. Stir gently to mix in.
Slowly pour vegetable or baby oil into the bottle until it is nearly full.
Secure the lid tightly to prevent any leakage.
Shake the bottle gently to mix the ingredients and watch the glitter swirl and float!
