Ingredients
  

Bubble Solution Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup dish soap (preferably clear)
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup Can be replaced with glycerin or omitted.
  • to taste glow in the dark paint or glow sticks

Tools

  • 1 bubble wand (or any DIY bubble blower)
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 container for storage

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of water with 1/4 cup of dish soap.
  • Slowly add 1/4 cup of corn syrup to the mixture.
  • Mix gently to avoid creating too many bubbles; you want a smooth solution.

Add the Glow

  • If using glow in the dark paint, stir in a few teaspoons until you achieve your desired brightness.
  • If using glow sticks, cut one open carefully and pour the contents into the bubble solution, mixing well.

Let It Rest

  • Allow the mixture to sit for about 30 minutes to meld the ingredients for optimum bubble production.

Blow Bubbles

  • Dip your bubble wand into the mixture, ensuring it’s well-coated.
  • Take a deep breath, exhale gently, and watch the glowing bubbles float into the air!

Enjoy

  • Turn off the lights and watch the bubbles illuminate your space.

Notes

You can use different shades of glow in the dark paint or multiple glow sticks to create a colorful display. Additionally, add a few drops of your favorite essential oil for scented bubbles. Try using kitchen utensils, like a strainer, for larger bubbles.
