Instructions
Preparation
- In a small bowl, combine your glow-in-the-dark paint with a little water to thin it out.
- If you’d like colored clouds, add a few drops of food coloring to this mixture.
Creating Clouds
- Take a cotton ball (or a piece of batting) and gently pull it apart to create a fluffy shape.
- Dip the fluffy cloud into your glow-in-the-dark mixture, ensuring it’s well-coated.
Drying
- Place your coated cloud on a piece of wax paper to dry for several hours. An overnight dry is best for a stronger glow.
Assembling
- Once fully dry, use scissors to cut a piece of string or fishing line.
- Attach the string to the center of the cloud using glue or by threading it through.
Displaying
- Hang your creations in a dark area or near a window to charge during the day, creating a beautiful nighttime glow.
Notes
