  • Cut a piece of cardboard or grab a shallow tray for the display.

Assembly

  • Take the cotton batting and gently fluff it with your fingers.
  • Apply a light layer of glue onto your cardboard or tray.
  • Start placing the cotton batting onto the glue, arranging it to create a snowy landscape.
  • Lightly sprinkle or apply glow in the dark paint over the cotton.
  • Allow your creation to dry completely.
  • Give your piece a gentle shake to remove any excess paint.
