Ingredients
  

Main Materials

  • 1 package White foam balls or foam sheets Foam sheets can be cut into smaller pieces.
  • 1 bottle Glow-in-the-dark paint (non-toxic) Use non-toxic paint for safety.
  • 1 bottle Clear glue or PVA glue Acts as a binder for the foam.
  • 1/4 cup Water To adjust the consistency of the foam pile.
  • 1 bowl Mixing bowl For combining ingredients.
  • 1 stick Stirring stick Use for mixing the materials.

Optional Add-ins

  • a few drops Food coloring For tinting the foam pile.
  • 1 bottle Fine glitter For extra sparkle.

Instructions
 

Preparing the Foam

  • Cut or tear the foam sheets into small pieces for varied textures.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the foam and clear glue. Stir until the foam is thoroughly coated.

Adding Glow

  • Gradually add glow-in-the-dark paint to the foam mixture. Stir well until the foam is evenly coated.
  • If desired, add a few drops of food coloring to achieve your preferred hue. Mix until you reach the ideal color.

Finalizing the Pile

  • For a softer consistency, slowly add water to the mixture, stirring until you achieve your preferred texture.
  • If you want extra sparkle, sprinkle fine glitter into the mixture and stir again.

Let It Glow

  • Allow your foam pile to sit in natural light or under a lamp for a while to charge the glow-in-the-dark effect.
  • Once charged, turn off the lights and watch it glow!

Notes

Experiment with different colors of glow-in-the-dark paint and include smaller foam beads for added texture. Store the foam pile in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
