Instructions
Preparation
- In a saucepan, heat the water on medium until it begins to steam.
- Gradually stir in the sugar until completely dissolved to create a supersaturated solution.
Add Color and Glow
- Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Mix in the glow-in-the-dark paint and a few drops of pink food coloring until you achieve your desired shade.
Set Up for Crystal Growth
- Pour the solution into your glass container and place it on a flat, stable surface.
- Optionally, place wax paper beneath it to catch any drips.
Let it Grow
