  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1-2 tablespoons glow-in-the-dark paint or powder Adjust based on desired brightness
  • 1-2 tablespoons contact lens solution Must contain boric acid

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Clear and clean a flat surface. Gather all your materials for an organized crafting session.

Mixing

  • In a bowl, pour 1 cup of white school glue.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of baking soda and mix thoroughly until combined.

Adding Glow Component

  • Add 1-2 tablespoons of glow-in-the-dark paint or powder. Mix until the color is even and you can see the glow element evenly distributed.

Activation

  • Slowly add 1-2 tablespoons of contact lens solution. Stir continuously until the mixture begins to come together and pull away from the sides of the bowl.

Kneading

  • Remove the slime from the bowl and knead it with your hands. If it’s too sticky, add a tiny bit more contact lens solution.

Enjoying

  • Play with your slime in the light to see its colors, then turn off the lights to enjoy the glow!

Notes

Customize the color with food coloring, add sparkles with glitter, or scent it with essential oils. Experiment with different glow-in-the-dark products for varying effects.
