  • 1 bottle glow-in-the-dark paint (non-toxic) Choose paint that is safe for play.
  • 1 piece Paintbrush or sponge For applying the paint.
  • 1 can clear acrylic sealer (optional) Use for added paint protection.
  • 1 pair protective gloves (optional) Wear these while painting for safety.
  • 1 piece newspaper or cardboard To protect your work surface.

Preparing Your Work Area

  • Lay down newspaper or cardboard to protect your work surface from paint spills.

Painting the Wiffle Ball

  • Choose a non-toxic glow-in-the-dark paint.
  • Using a paintbrush or sponge, evenly coat the Wiffle ball with paint.
  • Tip: Apply multiple layers for a brighter glow.

Sealing the Paint (Optional)

  • Allow the paint to dry completely according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • If desired, spray a thin coat of clear acrylic sealer over the ball for added protection.
  • Note: Ensure the sealer is also non-toxic.

Letting It Glow

  • Place the painted ball under a bright light for several minutes to charge the glow.
  • Take your glowing Wiffle ball outside after dark and enjoy your game!

Notes

For added fun, consider mixing different glow-in-the-dark colors, adding glitter for sparkle, or designing patterns with stencils. Always supervise children during play.
