Instructions
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of white school glue.
- Slowly fold in 1 cup of shaving cream to create the fluffy texture.
Mixing Ingredients
- Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda for stability.
- If you want your paint to glow, mix in 1 teaspoon of glow-in-the-dark paint or powder.
Add Color
- If desired, add a couple of drops of food coloring and mix gently until the color is evenly distributed.
Storage
