- 1 pack Cotton balls
- 1 piece LED tealight or glow stick If using a glow stick, break it to activate.

- about half a cup water Water
- optional Glitter For a sparkling effect.
- 1 piece Craft stick or spoon For mixing.

Preparation
- Ensure the glass jar is clean and dry.
- Start by adding a few drops of blue and white food coloring to the water for a stormy look.
Assemble the Cloud
- Gently pull apart the cotton balls and fluff them up.
- Layer the cotton balls in the jar to mimic cloud formations.
- Sprinkle in some glitter for a sparkling effect.
Create the Thunder Effect
- Insert the LED tealight or glow stick in the center of the cotton balls.
- If using a glow stick, break it to activate and place it in the jar.
- If using a lid, gently place it on the jar to maintain the cloud's shape.
Notes
