Ingredients
  

Main Materials

  • 2-3 tablespoons Baking soda Fine texture, white color
  • 5-10 drops Food coloring (preferably neon) For glowing effect
  • 1 squirt Dish soap Enhances bubbling effect
  • 1 cup Vinegar Any type can be used; white vinegar is best
  • 1 piece A small container Such as a plastic cup or glass
  • 1 space A dark space or UV light For enhanced glowing effect

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Find a flat surface and place your small container in the center.
  • If desired, build a 'volcano' with clay or playdough around the container for added effect.

Mixing Ingredients

  • Pour about 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda into the container.
  • Add 5-10 drops of neon food coloring to the baking soda.
  • Pour in a squirt of dish soap to create a frothy eruption.

Eruption

  • Slowly add vinegar to the mixture.
  • Watch as it fizzles and erupts, creating colorful lava that spills over the sides!

Enhance the Glow

  • To make it glow, use a UV light in a dark space.

Notes

Experiment with different color combinations, adjust ingredient amounts for varying eruptions, and feel free to customize your volcano's look with decorations.
