Instructions
Preparation
- Choose a clean, flat surface to work on.
- Lay down newspaper or a plastic sheet to catch any spills.
Creating the Glue Mixture
- In a small container, mix a few drops of food coloring or liquid watercolors with clear glue.
- Use a paintbrush or stir stick to blend the colors until you reach your desired hue.
Designing the Suncatcher
- Cut wax paper or plastic wrap into your desired shape (circle, heart, star, etc.).

Drying the Suncatcher
- Once you’re satisfied with your design, let the suncatcher dry for several hours or overnight.
- Ensure the glue is fully set before removing it from the wax paper.
Finishing Touch
- Once dry, gently peel off the suncatcher from the paper.
- Hang it in a sunny window and enjoy the beautiful colors that dance in the light!
