- 1 sheet Wax paper

Instructions
Preparation
- Unwrap all green crayons and break them into small pieces (about 1-inch long).
- Lay down wax paper on a flat surface. You can place another sheet on top for later.
- Spread the crayon pieces out on one layer of wax paper in a fun design or pattern.
Melting the Crayons
- Using an oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the wax paper on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for about 5-10 minutes, watching closely until the crayons melt.
- Using an iron: Place a second layer of wax paper on top and carefully iron over it. The heat will melt the crayons quickly.
Shaping and Hanging
- Remove from heat when melted and allow it to cool slightly before cutting into desired shapes using scissors.
- Optional: Use a hole punch to make a hole at the top and thread yarn or string through it for hanging.

Encourage creativity by mixing colors and trying different shapes. Use seasonal colors for festive decorations.
