Ingredients
  

For the Gummy Mixture

  • 1 cup fresh kiwi puree Made from 2-3 ripe kiwis
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup Adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder Or substitute with agar-agar for a vegan option
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions
 

Preparing the Kiwi Puree

  • Peel 2-3 ripe kiwis and cut them into chunks.
  • Blend the kiwi chunks in a blender until you achieve a smooth puree.
  • Measure out 1 cup of kiwi puree for the recipe.

Making the Gummy Mixture

  • In a small saucepan, combine the kiwi puree, lemon juice, honey, and water.
  • Gently heat the mixture over low heat, whisking it until well combined.
  • Once it’s warmed, sprinkle the gelatin powder over the mixture. Stir continuously to dissolve the gelatin.

Molding the Gummies

  • Pour the gummy mixture into silicone molds, filling each cavity.
  • Let the molds sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.

Unmolding Your Gummies

  • Carefully pop the gummies out of the silicone molds and enjoy!
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

You can swap the fruit for other options like strawberries, mangoes, or peaches. Adjust sweetness by modifying the honey or syrup and add chia seeds for added texture.
