  • 2 pieces Star anise Optional ingredient for added flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Dried rosemary or pine needles Add for an earthy feel.
  • 5 drops Essential oils Orange or peppermint are commonly used.

Preparation Steps

  • Select your dried citrus slices and arrange them in your mixing bowl.
  • Add the cinnamon sticks, snapping them in half if desired to enhance the scent.
  • Sprinkle in a handful of whole cloves and add star anise if using.
  • Include dried rosemary or pine needles for their earthy scent.
  • Stir the mixture with your hands or a wooden spoon, enjoying the mingling scents.
