Ingredients
  

For the Slime

  • 1 cup white school glue
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons contact lens solution (must contain boric acid) Can substitute with liquid starch
  • food coloring (optional) For colored slime
  • glitter (optional) For extra sparkle

Tools

  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 spoon or spatula
  • 1 airtight container for storage

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, pour 1 cup of white school glue.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda to the glue.
  • Stir the mixture until combined to create a smooth texture.

Color and Sparkle (Optional)

  • If you want colored slime, add a few drops of food coloring.
  • For extra fun, mix in some glitter.
  • Stir until the color and sparkle are evenly distributed.

Incorporation

  • Gradually add 2 tablespoons of contact lens solution to the mixture.
  • Keep stirring until the slime begins to form and pull away from the bowl's sides.

Kneading

  • Once it becomes thick enough, take the slime out of the bowl.
  • Knead it with your hands for a few minutes to activate the slime’s stretchiness.
  • If it feels sticky, add a tiny bit more contact lens solution.

Enjoy and Store

  • Your slime is now ready! Stretch, squish, and enjoy.
  • Store the slime in an airtight container to keep it fresh.
