- 1 sheet Transparent plastic sheets or clear contact paper For the main structure of the suncatcher
- Various colors Tissue paper To create the colorful fill
- 1 pair Scissors For cutting the shapes

Instructions
Preparation
- Use a pencil to draw a hot air balloon shape on the plastic sheet.
- Carefully cut out the balloon shape with scissors.
Assembly
- Tear the tissue paper into small pieces—about 1-2 inches in size.
- Lay the frame on a flat surface and adhere the small pieces of tissue paper onto the frame's interior using craft adhesive.
- Be sure to overlap the pieces to achieve a stained glass effect.
- If using clear contact paper, place another sheet over the decorated side to seal everything in.
Finishing Touches
- Use a hole puncher to create a hole at the top of the balloon.
- Cut a piece of string or fishing line and thread it through the hole for hanging.
