Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Choose a clean, flat workspace.
  • Lay down newspaper or a silicone mat to protect surfaces from glue spills.

Create Heart Templates

  • Draw heart shapes on paper. Cut out to use as templates.
  • Create various sizes for added interest.

Trace and Cut Felt

  • Place templates on felt sheets. Use a pencil or fabric chalk to trace around them.
  • Cut out the felt hearts carefully.

Apply Hot Glue

  • Heat the glue gun. Once ready, begin applying hot glue in a decorative pattern on the felt hearts.
  • Experiment with swirls, zig-zags, or simple outlines for texture.

Assemble and Final Touches

  • If using an embroidery hoop, place the decorated felt inside and secure it.
  • Add embroidery or embellishments using needles and thread for extra flair.

Let It Dry

  • Allow the hot glue to cool and harden. This should take a few minutes.
  • Once set, your masterpiece is ready to display or give as a gift!
