  • Start with a clean jar. Ensure it’s dry and free from any particles.
  • If you’re using glitter, sprinkle a little at the bottom for added sparkle.

Mix Ingredients

  • In a separate bowl, combine baking soda with dish soap to create a thick mixture.
  • Add food coloring to the baking soda mixture, choosing vibrant colors.

Assemble the Explosion

  • Carefully spoon the colored baking soda mixture into the jar, leaving some space at the top.
  • Slowly pour in white vinegar and watch closely.

Enjoy the Show

  • Observe the eruption as the combination creates bubbling lava-like explosions.

Clean Up

  • Once the reaction subsides, clean out the jar with warm, soapy water if you plan to reuse it.
