Preparation

  • Set up a clean area for painting with plenty of light and lay out your paper or wax paper.
  • Organize food coloring and brushes within reach. If using toothpicks, have them ready for detailed designs.

Mixing Colors

  • Use small bowls to mix food coloring with a little bit of water if needed.
  • Experiment with blending colors to create different shades.

Painting

  • Dip your brush into the color and apply it to a marshmallow. Feel the soft, squishy texture as you paint.

Drying

  • Place painted marshmallows on a clean surface to dry and notice the vibrant colors as they set.

Notes
