  • 1 pack Plastic beads (perler or fuse beads) Choose any colors you like for your designs.
  • 1 mold Metal or silicone baking mold (suncatcher shapes) Silicone molds are easier for removing the suncatchers.
  • 1 sheet Parchment paper To line your baking tray.
  • 1 unit Oven For baking the beads.
  • 1 tray Baking tray To hold the molds during baking.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Ensure proper ventilation in your workspace.
  • Line your baking tray with parchment paper and place the silicone mold on the tray for stability.
  • Select your beads and carefully place them into the mold, creating patterns, gradients, or random designs.

Baking

  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the beads are fully melted.
  • Once done, carefully remove the mold from the oven using oven mitts.
  • Let it cool completely before handling to avoid burns.

Final Steps

  • Gently pop your suncatcher out of the mold, handling carefully to avoid breaking.

Notes

Experiment with different mold shapes and add embellishments for a unique touch. Use fishing line or twine for hanging your creations.
