Ingredients
  

Materials

  • 1 container Perler beads (any color) Any color combination can be used.
  • 1 unit Metal baking pan or silicone mold A mold is necessary for shaping.
  • 1 sheet Parchment paper (optional) Use for easy removal of the suncatcher.
  • 1 unit Oven Set to 350°F (175°C).
  • 1 unit Cooling rack For cooling the melted beads.
  • 1 string Ribbon or wire (for hanging) To create a hanging loop.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Arrange a layer of Perler beads in your baking pan or mold, mixing colors for a marbled effect.
  • Optionally, line the baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.

Baking

  • Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the beads are fully melted.
  • Watch closely to prevent over-melting.

Cooling and Finishing

  • Carefully remove the pan from the oven and let it cool on a rack for at least 30 minutes.
  • Once cool, gently pop out the melted bead shape from the pan.
  • Use a ribbon or wire to create a loop for hanging and attach it to the top of your suncatcher.

Notes

Try using color combinations that complement your decor, and experiment with different shapes and designs.
