Preparation

  • Insert a stick or skewer into the top of each apple.

Make the Candy Coating

  • In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and water.

Dip the Apples

  • Hold each apple by the stick and dip it into the candy coating, rolling it to ensure an even coat.
  • Allow excess candy to drip off before placing the apple on the prepared parchment paper.

Let Them Set

  • Let the candy-coated apples sit at room temperature until the coating hardens, about 30 minutes.
