Mixing Glue and Shaving Cream

  • In a mixing bowl, pour 1 cup of white glue.
  • Slowly add 1 cup of shaving cream to the glue, mixing to create a fluffy base.

Incorporating Glow Powder

  • Add 1-2 teaspoons of glow-in-the-dark powder to the mixture and stir until fully combined.

Adding Color (Optional)

Mixing and Storing
