Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Tear the newspaper into strips about 1 inch wide.
  • For a more textured look, crumple the strips into balls and then flatten them out.

Create the Snowman Body

  • Roll three newspaper balls of different sizes (large for the bottom, medium for the middle, and small for the head).
  • Secure each ball together using glue or by twisting strips of newspaper around them.

Add Details

  • Use glue to attach cotton balls or pom-poms to give the snowman a fluffy, snowy appearance.
  • Draw or paint eyes, a mouth, and buttons on the snowman’s body with markers or paint.

Accessorize

  • Cut out small pieces of fabric or use ribbons to create a scarf.
  • Use twigs for arms and glue them into the sides of the snowman.

Finishing Touches

  • Attach a string or ribbon to the top to hang your snowman ornaments.
  • Allow everything to dry completely before displaying.
