  • 1 set Clear plastic suncatcher shapes (or cookie cutter shapes)
  • assorted Assorted ocean-themed beads (blue, green, aqua, and clear)
  • 1 sheet Baking sheet
  • 1 Aluminum foil or parchment paper For lining the baking sheet
  • 1 Oven Preheated to 400°F (200°C)
  • 1 length Fishing line or string for hanging
  • optional Scissors For cutting the fishing line or string
  • optional Glitter For extra sparkle

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line the baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  • Place your clear plastic shapes on the baking sheet, filling them with the chosen ocean-themed beads.

Baking

  • Carefully place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, checking regularly.
  • Once the beads have melted and stuck together, carefully remove the baking sheet and let it cool completely, about 30 minutes.

Finishing

  • Gently remove the suncatchers from the baking sheet.
  • Use fishing line or string to hang them near a window to catch the sunlight.

Notes

Experiment with different bead sizes and shapes, add seashells or trinkets, and create seasonal themes. A fun craft for all ages, perfect for gifts or decor.
