- Start with a clean and dry bottle. If using a glass bottle, be cautious to avoid breakage.
Assembly
- Using the funnel, fill the bottle about one-third full with water.
- Add a few drops of blue food coloring for the ocean effect. Stir until evenly mixed.
- If using seashells or beads, place them into the bottle now. Consider adding a pinch of glitter for an enchanting sparkle.
- Slowly pour the vegetable oil to fill the bottle almost to the top, leaving a little space.
- If desired, add a tablespoon of glycerin for thicker liquid movement.
