- 1-2 tablespoons Oil (baby oil or vegetable oil) To create a unique wave effect
- a few drops each Food coloring (optional) To enhance color
- 1 each Funnel For easy filling

Preparation
- Start by cleaning and rinsing your plastic bottle thoroughly. Remove any labels to ensure a clear view of your ocean scene.
Gather Materials
- Lay out your chosen ocean-themed toys and beads. If using water beads, soak them in water to allow them to expand.
Fill the Bottle
- Using the funnel, add the blue or green water beads to your bottle.
- Add a sprinkle of glitter or sequins for added sparkle.
Add Toys
- Carefully place your small ocean-themed toys into the bottle and arrange them as desired for a fun underwater scene.
Pour in the Liquid
- Fill the bottle with water, leaving a little space at the top. If you like, add a few drops of food coloring to enhance the color.
Add Oil
