Instructions

Preparation

  • Start with a clean and dry plastic bottle or glass jar.
  • Make sure the lid seals tightly to prevent spills.

Mixing

  • Add a few drops of blue food coloring for the ocean effect.
  • If you prefer a thicker consistency, add clear glue to enhance the sensory experience.

Creating Ocean Waves

  • Pour in a layer of oil on top of the water. This creates a wave-like effect as it will not mix with the water.
  • Use a funnel for easier pouring.

Adding Decorations

  • Toss in small decorations like glitter, tiny shells, or beads to mimic sea life and enhance the sensory experience.

Sealing

  • Securely screw the lid onto the bottle or jar.
  • Optionally, use glue around the rim for extra sealing.

Enjoying

  • Gently shake the bottle to mix the contents and then observe the calming waves.

Notes

Color Variations: Experiment with different shades of blue or green. Texture Options: Add foam beads or confetti. Seasonal Themes: Change decorations with the seasons.
