Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, measure 1 cup of cornstarch.
  • Next, in a separate container, measure out 1/2 cup of water.
  • Slowly pour the water into the bowl with the cornstarch.
  • Mix with a spoon until thoroughly combined. The mixture will start to feel thick.
  • If the Oobleck is too dry, add a few drops of water. If it’s too wet, sprinkle in a little more cornstarch.
  • If you want to make it colorful, add a few drops of food coloring and mix well until you achieve your desired shade.
