  • 1/2 cup cornstarch

  • 10-15 drops favorite essential oil Choices include lavender or ylang-ylang.

Preparation

  • Clear a flat surface and organize your materials for easy access.

Combine Dry Ingredients

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the baking soda, citric acid, Epsom salt, and cornstarch until smooth.

Mix the Wet Ingredients

  • In a separate bowl, combine the melted coconut oil with your chosen essential oils and food coloring. Stir until mixed well.

Combine Mixtures

  • Slowly drizzle the wet mixture into the dry mixture while stirring continuously. Aim for a damp sand-like consistency.

Mold the Bath Bombs

  • Pack the mixture tightly into molds, slightly overfilling them. Let sit for 24 hours to harden.

Unmold and Store

  • Carefully remove the bath bombs from the molds and allow them to dry completely before storing or gifting.
