  • Pour the paints into separate shallow dishes or trays.
  • Dip your toes into the colors, one by one, noticing the sensation.

Creating Your Artwork

  • Step onto the canvas and allow colors to spread beneath your feet, creating patterns.
  • Shift your weight from one foot to the other, using the rhythm to guide your design.
  • Dance, stomp, or twirl to explore the freedom of creating art with your body.
  • Once satisfied, lift your feet from the canvas and admire your work.

Clean Up

  • Clean your feet and the area thoroughly after painting.
  • Store your artwork in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
