Instructions

Preparation

  • You can paint one blue to create the sky background. Allow it to dry completely.

Create the Clouds

  • Take the second paper plate and cut it into a wavy cloud shape.
  • Use a paintbrush to cover the cloud shape with glue.

Add Cotton Balls

  • Begin placing cotton balls on the glued surface, overlapping them to form a fluffy cloud effect.
  • Feel the texture of the cotton balls as you work; they add both dimension and interest.

Personalize Your Cloud

  • Use markers or additional paint to add details or faces to the cloud.
  • Attach googly eyes for a playful touch!

Display or Share

  • Once finished, let your cloud dry if glue or paint was used.
  • Hang it up or display it in your favorite spot to brighten the room.

Notes

Tips for variations include swapping cotton balls with other materials like tissue paper, using glow-in-the-dark paint, or creating differently shaped clouds.
