- Red, white, and blue as needed craft paint or markers For decorating the roll.

Instructions
Preparation
- Start with your empty roll. Make sure it’s clean and dry.
- Use your red, white, and blue paint to color the outside of the roll. Apply a generous, even coat and let it dry.
- Cut your streamers or ribbons into lengths of about 24 inches, making sure to have an equal amount of each color.
- Glue the streamers around one end of the roll, ensuring they hang down evenly.
- Cut a piece of string about 12 inches long, tie it around the opposite end of the windsock, and ensure it’s secure.
