  • 10-15 drops peppermint essential oil Can substitute with lemon, eucalyptus, or lavender essential oils.

  • Gather your materials to ensure everything is organized.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of granulated sugar and ½ cup of melted coconut oil.
  • Gradually stir the mixture until it forms a thick paste with a slightly grainy consistency.
  • Add 10-15 drops of peppermint essential oil to the mixture and stir well.
  • Spoon the scrub into an airtight jar or container, packing it tightly to eliminate air pockets.
  • When ready to use, scoop a small amount of scrub and massage onto damp skin in circular motions.
  • Rinse with warm water for soft, invigorated skin.

Notes
