Preparation
- Select a pool noodle and cut it into segments of your desired length.

- Slide the cut pool noodle sections onto the dowel, spacing them evenly.
- If desired, layer multiple dowels stacked slightly apart for different height options for the birds.
- Attach strings or twine to the top of your dowel if you wish to hang the feeder.
- Personalize your piece using markers or paints for decoration.
