  • 1-2 pieces Pool noodles Depending on the size you wish to create.
  • 1 piece Wooden dowels or sturdy sticks For support, easily found at craft stores.
  • 1 piece String or twine For hanging, optional.
  • 1 piece A pair of scissors Sharp but manageable for cutting.
  • as desired pieces Markers or paints Optional for decoration.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Select a pool noodle and cut it into segments of your desired length.
  • Take your wooden dowel or stick and gently insert it into the ground where you plan to position your feeder.
  • Slide the cut pool noodle sections onto the dowel, spacing them evenly.
  • If desired, layer multiple dowels stacked slightly apart for different height options for the birds.
  • Attach strings or twine to the top of your dowel if you wish to hang the feeder.
  • Personalize your piece using markers or paints for decoration.
  • Once completed, step back and enjoy what you’ve created.

Notes

Consider inviting friends to join in on the design, and feel free to substitute materials. Experiment with adding natural elements or repainting during different seasons to keep your feeder fresh.
