Instructions
Preparation
- Gather your popsicle sticks; choose to paint them in different colors to represent different sections of the flag. Lay them out on a clean workspace.
Painting
- Use acrylic paints or markers to create your flag’s design. Start with a base coat and let it dry; then add stripes, stars, or any other symbols.
- Tip: Experiment with textures by using a sponge for a cloud-like effect!
Assembly
- Once the paint is dry, take two or more sticks to build the shape of your flag; overlap them or place them side by side.
- Secure them together with craft glue or a hot glue gun. Press firmly and allow to dry.
