Preparation

  • Start by cleaning and drying your Pringle lids thoroughly.
  • Decide on the colors and designs you want for your suncatchers and sketch these on paper if desired.

Painting

  • Gently apply the chosen paint to the surface of the lids using larger brushes for broad strokes and finer ones for detail.
  • Allow each lid to dry completely.
  • Optional: After drying, apply a second coat of paint for richer color.

Finishing Touches

  • Use transparent glue or Mod Podge to seal your design.
  • Attach ribbon or string for hanging if desired.
  • Choose a sunny spot to display your suncatchers.

Notes

Store your suncatchers in a cool, dry place when not on display. Wrap them carefully to protect from dust and scratches.
