Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk Natural fiber thickener.
  • 2 cups water
  • Food coloring (optional) For color variation.
  • Essential oils or scents (optional) To add fragrance.

  • 1 Microwave-safe bowl
  • 1 Microwave
  • 1 Spoon for mixing

Preparation

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of psyllium husk with 2 cups of water.
  • Stir well until the psyllium is evenly distributed and begins to absorb the water.

Add Color and Scent

  • If you want to color your slime, add a few drops of food coloring to the mixture.
  • For a pleasant aroma, include a few drops of essential oils.

Cooking

  • Place the bowl in the microwave.
  • Heat on high for about 5-7 minutes. Keep an eye on it to avoid overflow.
  • The mixture will expand and change texture.

Cooling

  • Once done, carefully take the bowl out (it will be hot!).
  • Let the slime cool for about 10-15 minutes before handling.

Kneading

  • Once cool, knead the slime with your hands.
  • It may feel sticky at first, but it will become smoother as you play with it.
  • Enjoy the stretchy, squishy sensation!

Notes

Experiment with different food colorings and essential oils for unique slimes. Store slime in an airtight container to prolong lifespan.
