  • 1 jar Clear jar or glass This will hold the water and represent the sky.
  • 1 can Shaving cream Acts as the 'cloud'. Use a generous amount.
  • 2-3 drops Food coloring Choose colors like blue, red, yellow, etc.
  • 1 cup Water Will fill the jar and represent the sky.
  • 1 each Dropper or pipette To drop colored water onto the shaving cream.
  • 1 each Spoon To add shaving cream onto the water.

Preparation

  • Fill the clear jar with water, leaving some space at the top.
  • Carefully spoon a generous amount of shaving cream onto the surface of the water to mimic a cloud.
  • In a separate container, mix water with a few drops of food coloring and stir until vibrant.
  • Using the dropper or pipette, slowly add drops of your colored water onto the shaving cream cloud.
  • Observe as the colored water begins to seep through the shaving cream, creating a visual effect.
  • Enjoy watching the colorful 'rain' fall from the cloud into the water below.

Notes
