  • 1 tablespoon Borax Can substitute with baking soda and vinegar.
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 cup cornstarch

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of Borax into 1 cup of warm water. Stir until the Borax is fully dissolved.
  • In a separate bowl, combine ½ cup of white school glue with 1 cup of cornstarch. Mix thoroughly until there are no lumps.
  • Divide the glue mixture into smaller bowls depending on how many colors you want to use. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and stir to achieve vibrant colors.

Combining Ingredients

  • Slowly add the Borax solution to each bowl with the colored glue. Watch as the mixture clumps together as you stir!
  • Once the mixture solidifies, use your hands to knead it gently. Roll the dough into small balls, ensuring they are smooth and compact.

Drying and Testing

  • Place the bouncy balls on a paper towel to dry for a few hours.
  • Once dry, enjoy testing out your new toys!

Notes

Experiment with different food coloring for unique shades. Consider adding glitter or essential oils for sensory experiences.
