  • 1 piece Plastic bottle (empty) Make sure it’s clean and dry.
  • 1 piece Scissors An adult should handle this step for safety.
  • 1 piece Socks (old or spare) Any clean old sock will work.
  • 1 tablespoon Dish soap Mild dish soap is preferred.
  • 1 cup Water Use warm water for better mixing.
  • few drops Food coloring Choose various colors for a rainbow effect.
  • 1 piece Bowl or large container For mixing the soap and water.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the bottom off the plastic bottle using scissors to create a bubble-making tool.
  • Place the old sock over the cut end of the bottle, ensuring it fits snugly.

Mixture Creation

  • In a bowl or large container, mix 1 cup of water with 1 tablespoon of dish soap.
  • Add a few drops of food coloring to create desired rainbow shades.

Bubble Making

  • Dip the sock-covered end of the bottle into the mixture until soaked.
  • Blow gently into the other end of the bottle and watch for colorful bubble snakes to form!

  • Experiment with blowing different amounts of air for varied bubble lengths and thickness.

Notes

Customize colors by using multiple food coloring options. Change the size of the bottle or the amount of soap and water for different bubble sizes. Adding glitter or small paper bits can enhance the sensory experience.
