Instructions

Preparation

  • Cut the bottom off a plastic bottle (this will be your bubble snake maker).

Create the Mixture

  • In a clear container, mix the baking soda and dish soap together.
  • Add a few drops of food coloring of your choice to the mixture.
  • Slowly pour in vinegar while stirring. This will create a bubbly reaction!

Assemble Your Snake

  • Cover the cut end of the bottle with the cloth or towel. Secure it with a rubber band – this will be your bubble dispenser.
  • Dip the cloth end into the dish soap mixture to coat it well.

Blow and Celebrate

  • Place the vase over the surface and blow gently into the open top of the bottle. Watch the colorful bubbles pour out, forming a snake!
  • Experiment with different colors, layering them for a rainbow effect.

Notes

Customizable colors, adding glitter, and experimenting with different soaps are encouraged! Suitable for outdoor fun to minimize mess.
