Preparation

  • Select an old CD and find a quiet space to work comfortably.
  • Cut out two large wing shapes from the colored tissue paper or plastic sheets.
  • Attach each wing to the back of the CD using glue. Experiment with different positions.
  • Cut a piece of string or fishing line for hanging.
  • Make a small hole at the top of the CD to insert the string or fishing line.
  • Optional: Embellish with beads or small decorations.
  • Hang your dragonfly in a special place where it can catch the light.

Notes

Caring for your dragonfly can be done with a gentle wipe using a soft cloth. Store it safely when not in use to maintain its vibrancy.
