Ingredients
  

For the Rainbow Fizz

  • 1 tablespoon Baking soda Per cup
  • 1 cup White vinegar Per cup
  • 6 drops Food coloring (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple) A few drops for each color cup

For Serving

  • 1 each Clear plastic or glass cups One for each color
  • 1 each Measuring spoons For measuring ingredients
  • 1 each Funnels Optional, for easier pouring
  • 1 each Stirring sticks or spoons For mixing colors

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all materials on a clean surface.
  • Set out cups or glasses in rainbow order.

Mix the Baking Soda

  • In each cup, add 1 tablespoon of baking soda.

Add Food Coloring

  • Put a few drops of the designated food coloring into each cup.
  • Stir gently until the colors are well mixed.

Add the Vinegar

  • Carefully pour 1 cup of white vinegar into each cup. The reaction will cause fizzing and bubbling.

Watch the Magic Happen

  • Observe how the colors mix and fizz. The reaction creates a beautiful rainbow effect.

Notes

Experiment with different flavorings by adding fruit juices like lemon or grape juice instead of water. Use carbonated water for an extra fizzy twist.
